Scott Coker thinks Bellator’s 205-pound division is superior than any other advertising in the planet.
With Jon Jones vacating the UFC’s light-weight heavyweight title and eyeing a transfer to heavyweight, Coker believes that secures Bellator’s 205-pound division as the most effective. Bellator’s division has the likes of Ryan Bader, Vadim Nemkov, Corey Anderson, Lyoto Machida, and plenty of some others.
“Listen, with Jon Jones transferring up to heavyweight, I feel we have the greatest 205-pound excess weight class on the earth with Bader, Gegard desires to transfer up, we have (Lyoto) Machida, and we have Corey Anderson now,” Coker explained to MMA Junkie. “We have a bunch of killers in that weight course. To me, we have a excellent roster of fights for him (Corey Anderson) – and even Phil Davis. I necessarily mean, we’ll be in a position to put some terrific fights together, and I’m psyched about that division.”
In the most important function of Bellator 244, on August 21, Ryan Bader is looking to protect his mild heavyweight title against Vadim Nemkov. It is the first time he is dropping down to 205 in practically 3 a long time.
With Cormier and Jones out of the division, Bader even believes he is the greatest gentle heavyweight in the earth.
There is no problem Bellator has a solid light-weight heavyweight division but whether or not or not it is the finest is up for discussion.
