In his post-fight interview, Covington thanked all the first responders in the United States for their services and bashed “woke athletes” and “spineless cowards,” naming James.

LOL at the snowflakes that consider @KingJames could even very last 10 seconds with me! If that coward experienced the balls or the potential to kick anyone’s ass, Delonte West would’ve missing his tooth extended ahead of his meth habit! pic.twitter.com/TQZ56FBnt1

This is now the initially time that Covington has taken a shot at James, as he lately suggested that James was “soft” for boycotting an NBA activity. Covington is no stranger to contacting out persons from other sports and in politics, and James is on his list. Though James did not name Covington by name when he was talking to reporters a short while ago, it was distinct that James had viewed some of Covington’s remarks about him even while he is fast paced chasing an NBA championship with the Lakers.
Of training course, Covington is a professional combined martial artist and long-time wrestler, though James is a basketball participant, so a crossover battle amongst these two will make small sense. James is an amazing athlete so he could in all probability choose up MMA relatively speedily, but certainly not brief plenty of to dangle with an elite fighter like Covignton. Sure, James would be a lot greater, but he would be moving into Covington’s area. Though it’s entertaining to think about, the prospect of this battle actually at any time happening appears to be unlikely.
